Yes they do, i have some black friends who get sunburn. not easily, but they still do get sunburn. I think its the color, because i am half malaysian, and i have dark skin. I almost never get sunburn. But once in a while I still do. Hope this answers your question.

No because they are sealed a nateral sheath that covers thier skin and it tightens the longer that they are alive (whih is why they are the way they are).
Some don't and some do it all depends on how light-skined they are the darker the person the less chances you are to get burned like myself I don't get sun-burned I just get darker.
