Have a good breakfast, let's say 7am (I don't know your schedule, either) a bowl of oatmeal and 4 hard-boiled eggs (whites only)
10am yogurt (low sugar or non-sugar), fruit
1pm 6 oz chicken breast (baked or grilled), 1 cup of vegetables, 1/2 sweet potato
4pm can of tuna (no mayo) with crackers
7pm 4oz grilled fish with 1 cup of veggies (steamed)
Repeat for 30 - 60 days
