They say to use it or lose it. Make your mind work by doing crossword puzzles, playing memory games, etc. If that doesn't work, try the herb ginko biloba. That is supposed to help, but it takes a few weeks. So be patient.

Physically- sleep more, eat good
Socially- avoid distraction and unnecessary thing
Psychological- think your memory is good
Drink plenty of water. Many people are dehydrated, and that interferes with concentration.
Consuming good fats. Fish oils, raw seed & nut oils such as flax oil. If someone calls you a fat head it is a complement because our brain to function properly needs it. And as the other respondant said.. water good quality water, not the stuff form the tap. We are 70% water so this is of vital importance. Juice, coffee pop and such do not qualify! We still need water.
Meditate. Get plenty of sleep and recreation. Don't overdo heavy foods or carbs. Exercise. Some people find that playing Bach or Mozart in the background helps them study.
