ok...I am going to the Bahamas and I am not fat and I am not skinny and I just want to be a tad thinner and more curvy for my swimsuit how can I get this way without doing anything to make me sick.?.?.?.?.?please help..please no mean remarks! thanks:)Health Question & Answer

Hey, awesome question..hope this helps:

Eat every 2-3 hours.

Eat complete, lean protein with each opportunity.

Eat vegetables, preferably green leafy types

Eat veggies/fruits with any meal. Eat "other carbs" only after exercise.

Eat healthy fats daily.

Don't drink beverages (soda, beer, etc.) with more than 0 calories.

Eat whole foods whenever possible.

Drink lots and lots of water.

I know seems like a lot of eating, the reason is your body will get use to burning the proper types of food and increase your metabolism. Include any type of exercises that you are motivated in doing and there's a chance of looking great in that swimsuit in the Bahamas.

Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. That & a good healthy diet will do wonders for you.Health Question & Answer
