Question: How do i go about usung this.?.? .?
ive recently bought some standard whey protein to help me build muscle at the gym.
so how do i go about utilising this protein. some people are telling me to take a mix of the protein before and after a workout.
but i dont want to rely soley on the protein for my musle build..
whats they best way to take it is what i am saying.?.?
