Ok, well i'm 17 i did start puberty late somewhere around 14
and its going very slowly, as in i still haven't grown facial hair and underarm hair has just started and even that's scarce
but i get spontaneous erections a lot as in a couple times a day, is this normal.?
i can hide them pretty well now but it's more of an annoyance than anything.

If anything it is abnormal that they are so rare.
17 and you only get 1 or 2 erections a day spontaneously.? I would be worried if I were you. At 17 I and everyone I knew got dozens a day.
Then again, we weren't ashamed of ourselves. You are wearing pants, if people see them, big deal. LOVE YOURSELF AND STOP TRYING TO BE A EUNUCH. Be proud of having a dick and enjoy it.
