Is it safe to abstain from ejaculation?!

Question: Is it safe to abstain from ejaculation.?
I am 22 years old and used to ejaculate at least a couple of times (or more) a week through sexual activities, masturbation or wet dreams. But recently I decided to abstain and have avoided all sexual activities, masturbation and wet dreams (by sleeping face-up, or side-ways). As a result, I have not ejaculated in past 3 weeks. I feel intensely aroused more often than I used to and feel generally better but I recently I started feeling weird sensations in my testicles and have noticed tiny amount of white liquid (very much like semen) leaking now and then from my penis, especially when I apply pressure on my testicles. Is this normal.? Is it safe to abstain from ejaculation for long.? I want to NOT ejaculate for at least a few months, can it lead to health issues / complications.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
It is totally safe to abstain from ejaculation:no worries.
That you leak is normal.
You stopped Cold Turkey and your body was used to produce a lot of sperm and still does.
That will get less with time:

Your body is just used to producing a lot of sperm, to suddenly just stop is making you have a backup. You need to ease out of it, just gradually masturbate less. But why would you want to stop.?Health Question & Answer

Well, here's the thing, you've trained your body into ejaculating "at least a couple times (or more) a week". Because of this, your testicles are producing enough semen to ejaculate this much. By completely stopping your ejaculations, your body has a surplus of semen. Now, in order to get rid of this, it has begun to "leak" out of your penis.

I recommend not stopping the way you did. This causes your body to produce more semen than it needs leading to more wet dreams and "leaks" (as you described them). Instead, try to cut down a little at a time until your body becomes accustomed to not using as much semen.

However, after a couple weeks the "leaks" should stop. If at any time it doesn't seem right to you, don't hesitate to see a doctor. I can't see you penis, so I don't know what your actually seeing. I think your perfectly healthy, but again, don't hesitate to see a doctor if this continues for a long time.

Hope this helped.Health Question & Answer
