I am a 16 year old boy i have no armpit hair and my voice just depend a litlle and my penis isnt very big is there anyway i can speed up puberty... should i change my diet.... also i smoke pot on the weekends should i slow down or will that not effect it.?Health Question & Answer

Sorry, but the only thing you can do to get through puberty is wait.
We all have to do it, and I know it's a pain.
Everything will sort itself out, if it's any help, my penis didn't reach it's full size until I was around 18, and I've heard of people taking even longer.
Don't rush things, before you know it, you'll be wishing you were young again.
