Taking creatine with minimal to no working out...?!

Question: Taking creatine with minimal to no working out....?
Would taking the 5mg suggested dosage of creatine daily make any effect to my body if I didn't actually work out.? Or would running, or even doing pushups, situps, and lifting free weights even make a slight difference with creatine.?

Is there any legal supplement that would make any physical difference.?Health Question & Answer

When you work your muscles by lifting, your actually breaking them down so your body can build them back up during recovery. Creatine helps your body during recovery by forcing more water into your muscles. So basically, creatine does nothing to benefit you if your not working out.Health Question & Answer

Taking supplements allows you to work harder and longer so not doing any physical activity and taking them won't do much, it might even be bad for you because your body doesn't use it. I'm not a doctor though.
Whey protein is a good, pretty safe one. The whey protein isolate is better and has less cholesterol, it tastes better than regular chocolate milk I think. A good daily vitamin will help too.
Don't go overboard on any supplement or bad things happen.Health Question & Answer

Creatine works by limiting the lactic acid in your muscles, allowing you to work harder for longer.

The only effect it will have is slightly enlarging your muscles, due to excess water retention. You will appear slightly larger, but you won't be any stronger. I would recommend against creatine for this purpose.Health Question & Answer

no it would make u fat. there is nothing that just makes u bigger. not even steroids make u big they just make u heal faster so u can work out a whole lot more. if there was some thing that kud do that dont u think everyone would just take thatHealth Question & Answer

Stop taking creatine it is worthless. All it does is puff you up by putting more water in your muscles. Not real results. Get on some solid whey protein for results.Health Question & Answer
