Question: Will this work.? Will this make me lose weight.?
I'm 15 y.o., 1.73 meters and a lot of kilos.

From now on, my schedule will be:

1. Breakfast: A glass of milk, or nothing

2. Lunch: Normal lunch

3. Dinner: Nothing

4. Drinking 1 liter of water from 8:00am to 4:00 pm

5. Drinking 1 liter of water from 5:00pm to 10:00pm

6. Do some exercise (about 30 or 40 min a day)

i think that you should eat food for breakfast because it starts your metabolism and you will start burning fat earlier in the day. by normal lunch do you mean something healthy and light.? i also think you should eat a really light dinner. you shouldnt skip meals all together. maybe a fruit or a small salad. the water will definitely help you in losing weight.Health Question & Answer

Of course you will lose weight and pretty fast! However your body is going to get several bad side effects and I can tell you that you will gain that weight back in a few weeks (mainly because you will lose a lot of water, which will come back again) If you really want to lose weight in a healthy way then you should eat 4-6 times per day avoiding to eat a lot of fat and focusing more on protein. You should also start doing high Intensity Interval Trainign, which consists of the following
Running
3 minutes of warm up

2 minutes of running at 60% of max speed
1 minute running at 90% of max speed
Then repeat the cycle without the warm up for about 6 times
At the end cool down for 3 minutes by walking.

This way you will only do cardio for about 30 minutes and lose fat while mantaining muscle, scientifically proven. Well if you need anything else just msg me! good luck!Health Question & Answer
