Question: How can i get rid of my man boobs.?
I am 5'9'' and 185 lbs. I am not fat or obese, but I am SLIGHTLY overweight. I have a VERY small belly. My man boobs stick out pointed, they are not saggy, so there is not a big amount of fat. Please also note that I am 15 years old. Please don't tell me that I am growing and that it will pass, or that I need to go to the doctor to cehck if it is gyneplast... whatever the heck its called. I just want to know if there are any exercises or anyo other methods where I can get rid of them. This is really embarrassing when I'm at the beach and the school locker room. The absolutely best way to do this, is to do push-ups. This will tighten your pecs and cause any loose skin to also tighten.
also, it might be a combination of the fact that you're going through puberty + you have extra weight (even if it's just slightly). However unfortunate this may sound, there is a phase guy's go through where they develop man boobs (meaning your body is more apt to store fat around the breast area atm). Trimming off any extra fat while toning muscles is the best way to combat this. Push ups, push ups, push ups. Just make sure you do them right (look on youtube or something).Health Question & Answer
