Question: Im 5'8 i weigh 125 lbs & im very skinny i want a 6pak & muscles but i cant get fat or gain weight plz help.?
I cant gain weight or get fat, cuz i have fast metabolism, and i am currently working out but i have only a faint 4 pack outline when i flex, and i want a 6 pack that can be seen without flexing, also with my muscles please help, i havent met any one as skinny as me or is in my situation, so plz help thnksHealth Question & Answer

this is a great question for me! now i take supplemts from gnc. i used to weigh 135 and was 5 feet 8 inches. but then i worked out now i am 157 pounds and 5 feet 8 inches! i workout 6 days a week. thats me in my avatar pic. i got a six pack by doing hundreds of crunches a day and also throwdowns. lay on your back, have some one standup with their ankles at your headline. you hold on to their ankles and kick your feet up towards them. here is a website that shows a picture i found through google. they are showing the way to do throwdowns by your self. if you just work abs and dont take supplements you might not gain any weight mabye about 5 pounds though i cant be sure everyone is different with gaining weight.

Just keep eating bro, make sure you eat at least 3 - 6 meals a day. Drink 8 glasses of water if you can, get 8 hours of sleep every night. You want to eat foods that are high in calories and for muscles make sure the food you eat contains a lot of protein. So if you weigh 125 lbs, you should have consumed at least 1500 calories through out the entire day. So when you eat before you go to bed, don't stay up late because you only gain weight and muscle in your sleep. You won't gain weight or build muscle no other way.

hmph. well, i'm close to your situation. I'm about 5 7 and i weight about 130. I am working out, eating protien and eating healthy and its going great for me. I'm thin but in a lean sort of way. i guess thats all you can really do.Health Question & Answer
