What is the actual does of Yohimbe (the tablet size or the alkaloid amount)?!


Question: What is the actual does of Yohimbe (the tablet size or the alkaloid amount).?
Today I bought the PharmAssure brand of Yohimbe. Here are the facts -

112.5mg of Yohimbe Bark Powdered Extract
8% Yohimbe Alkaloid = 9mg

So am I taking 112.5 of Yohimbe or 9mg.? Is this tablet too much for a first time user.?

Just take what it says is a dose on the bottle. However when I took the capsules after about 4 days I started to have nose bleeds. So I would take it ever other day.Health Question & Answer
