It doesn't mean something is wrong. Is it near the back of your testicle.? Because that may just be the epidydmitis or whatever it's called. My Health teacher said a lot of guys can mistake a problem for that. But I wouldn't know, I don't have testicles. :D I still try to help.Health Question & Answer
This is not a problem. as you've been already answered, identical lumps are not a problem. But dont feel shy and go straight up to a doctor for examination.
