Why are my teeth slightly yellow?!

Question: Why are my teeth slightly yellow.?
I don't smoke or drink coffee, and I use whitening toothpaste, but my teeth are still slightly yellow. They're not too bad, just not as good as one would expect them to be considering the above. Is there something I could be eating or drinking that is tinting them.? Thanks!Health Question & Answer

Pretty much everything you eat and drink can contribute to your teeth being slightly yellow. Sometimes its just genetic. Mine have a slight tint to them to but most people still say their white.

Over the counter stuff really doesn't work. I've tried everything but Rembrandt 2hr whitening trays. If you want significant changes you got to get your teeth whitening at the dentist office.

Anything that has a "tint" such as teas, soft drinks, etc. can stay your teeth if you drink them in large quantities.

Not brushing your teeth regularly will also increase your chances or be a reason why you have slightly yellower teeth - even though you are using a whitening toothpaste. Whitening toothpastes also take a while(after a certain amount of brushing) to take effect.Health Question & Answer

That slightly yellow color you could have had always from the day you got teeth. Then you just have to live with it.
