Yes...men have nipples and fleshy area in chest (breast) just as women do. It's just, obviously, much smaller area of flesh then women.
Men don't like to think of that area on them as "breasts" so it's often ignored of possible area for cancer.

I am. I'm a teenager and this is kind of weird, but I found out when Rod Roddy died, the announcer from The Price is Right. My mom and I were avid viewers and were very shocked and sad when he died. When they said he died of breast cancer, then I found out.Health Question & Answer
