I'm 13 YO with a 1.5 in. flaccid penis and 3 in. erect penis. Never had a voice crack. Have pubic and under arm hair. I have a small bump under my left nipple that hurts when touched. Is this all normal.?Health Question & Answer

You've only started puberty so don't worry. Your voice will get deeper and your penis will develop. You are totally within normal range. As for the lump, it is totally normal too. It's part of growing up. Some guys will experience a little swelling of the nipple and some tenderness. However, if the pain gets too much to bear, you should seek medical advice from your doctor.
