you should get a pin sterilize it wit boiling water and stick it in at the top of the spot but kinda sideways so u peel the skin from the top of the spot then squeeze gently with some cotten wool or toilet paper untill all the pus comes out and a little blood it means you have got all the yucky stuff out it shouldnt pop if you do it this way because when it pops the skin opens more and is not a nice feeling but only do this if it its a white head if its a red spot just leave it or apply savalon cream its magic cream!! i no its sick but it works... happy squeezing!!!! <my partner gets these type of spots quite often>Health Question & Answer
As long as it is not big (meaning it can squirt in your face) If it is small like a black head or something then go for it.
