I have been hit in the balls numerous times but never hard enough to cause nausea or anything like that, although I have gotten this pain around where my kidneys are shortly after being hit there.
I look like my dad and thus can't deduce any noticeable difference in my physique due to a possible lack of testosterone or something.

You can go and get your sperm tested to see if you have a high sperm count. I'm guessing you would have to go to your doctor first for a referral.Health Question & Answer
