I go to the gym, but I need tips on how I can get stronger outside of the gym as well.? The right food I could eat to build up my strength even more or practical things I can do to get stronger.?Health Question & Answer

You got it, Bubba! No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage, no sugary sweet soda's. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including lots of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink plenty of water, fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Avoid stress at school, work & home. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite's rest. Get 8 hours sleep. Be sure to eat a good breakfast every day. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Within 90 days you will be amazed. But, you must make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvlements - or - it aint gonna happen!Health Question & Answer
