Drink a cup of milk every hour. It adds up quickly, especially if its whole milk.
Awake for 16 hours = 16 cups of milk.
150 x 16 = 2400 calories. Ok, that may not be realistic, financially speaking, but if you can afford it, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

take exercise 3-4 times in a week and gets up early and then go for walk..
Precaution:....avoid fast foods in diet and if(drunk & smoke) then avoid ...b'cause due to their -ve impact on mind....
