Answers:
It did, or went partial and back up again. the type of erection that they warn about would be steady full and starting to feel uncomfortable because there is no blood getting out of it. There becomes a risk of blood clots forming in the spongy tissues although I never heard of that ever happening to anyone.?

I don't use anything and have an erection any time that I wake up and maybe it wakes me up. I'm sure that it must to sleep some times between because there is no discomfort.Health Question & Answer

The erection has most likely subsided during your sleep, and re-occurred. The body automatically "checks the system" so to speak, by causing night-time erections. Taken from About.com:

"Morning erections, colloquially referred to as "morning wood" and scientifically defined as nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) are a healthy and normal physiological response that most men experience. Morning erections would be better described as the tail end of a series of nighttime erections, as they are just the last erection in a series.

On average a healthy male will have between three and five erections in a full night sleep, with each erection lasting between 25 -35 minutes."Health Question & Answer

No, having erections during your sleep is very normal, happens to most men, so its normal for it to have stayed up during your sleep, don't worry about it at all.Health Question & Answer
