Does muscle affect the process of growing up in the bones?
Question:
Answer:
yes, my highschool gym teacher told me that working out hard to build muscle while you are too young may alter bone growth.
i would suggest you stretch your muscles all the time so that they are never stiff
Probably not- you are still growing- see a doctor
The muscles do somewhat stop you from growing. they affect the bones with a constant pressure. but if u didnt gain that much weight, i wont be bad at all.
If you begin to power lift or just lift heavy constantly you can cause problems on your growth plates, which can impead your growth. But it does not sound that you are doing this. I would not worry about it too much. You have about 2 more years of growing to do so don't worry about it.
