Girls usually finish growing within 2 years of their first period.. also, you asked this in the wrong section..

you will definitely stop growing by the time your 18 you can take steroids to make you taller but is it really necessary to be taller.?Health Question & Answer
You best talk to your Dr ..Maybe he can still give you growth hormone shots..
