Well thats normal for all of us as we all go through or have gone through puberty and being only 13 you have until 20-21 years for every thing to grow.... so don't worry about how fast every thing grows cause every one hits puberty at different speeds.. Oh and its perfectly normal not to have armpit hair cause you are still going through puberty....Health Question & Answer
