If I'm A Virgin, Can I Pull The Skin All The Way Down? (not circumsized)?!

Question: If I'm A Virgin, Can I Pull The Skin All The Way Down.? (not circumsized).?
OK, my friend just told me that before he lost his virginity, he wasn't circumsized, but yet he could pull the skin all the way down until the head popped out, and the little cord or strip never ripped, that was until he had sex though.. My question is, if you havent had sex, and you're not circumsized, can you pull the skin all the way down until the had pops out, without it ripping.?Health Question & Answer

Yes, you should be able to.. It should "pop out" easily too.. That little cord/strip is called the frenulum (1st link), and it "tethers" the foreskin to the glans (penis head).. It's full of nerve endings and blood vessels, and it should rip or anything as long as you're gentle..

Once you pull your foreskin all the way down until the glans pops out, be sure to wash the area that popped out every time you take a shower.. Just pull the skin back, wash the area like you would any other part of your body (but best to use a soap that doesn't smell) and pull the skin forward again..

If you're having problems pulling it back in the first place, you may want to see the following links.. If you have no problems, enjoy! It usually feels really good to pull it back and forth.. Whether or not you're able to pull your foreskin back or not has nothing to do with being a virgin..Health Question & Answer

It depends on how tight or closed off the foreskin is.. Some are looser than others, I'm sure you can do it when its not erect, but when fully erect try to pull it down and see how far it goes without any pain.. It has nothing to do with having sex, after awhile of sexual activities it should stretch out a bit, it will take some time though.. ......and always use protection..Health Question & Answer

If your foreskin is tight, then slowly, gently and gradually stretch it every morning and at bedtime, to stretch out the opening so that you can retract completely.. Didn't your father teach you anything about this.?

The "little cord" is called the frenulum, and sometimes is also a little tight..

Don't let anyone talk you into circumcision; it isn't necessary or desirable as it destroys sensitivity and sexual ability, and it makes the penis smaller in girth..Health Question & Answer

Nothing should ever rip - and you should certainly be able to pull the foreskin down the shaft to expose the head.. You need to do this every day to be able to properly wash your penis..Health Question & Answer

Yes you can..

Your doctor should have had you do that by now..

Pull it down slowly everyday, it takes a long time..

The little cord SHOULD NEVER rip, you need to go to a hospital if it does..Health Question & Answer

yeah......the problem occurs when your thrusting during sex and the skin gets jammed or pulled too far back......it can make sex pretty unenjoyable if you have to worry about ripping it!Health Question & Answer

i dont think so dont do it lolHealth Question & Answer

Don't try it, it hurts......Health Question & Answer

Being able to retract your foreskin has nothing to do with virginity, it has to do with growing up.. You should be able to retract your foreskin all the way sometime after puberty begins.. There are three things that can keep your foreskin from retracting..
1) A small opening in the end of your foreskin.. If you never tried retracting your foreskin when you were younger, and the opening is very small and tight, your foreskin might resist retracting even when you are erect.. You can improve this situation by purposely stretching the opening with your fingers, perhaps while taking a bath or shower.. Try to stretch it a little more each day.. Some boys put baby oil on it to help it relax and stretch.. Don't stop halfway on this; you don't want to get the condition where the head pops through a tight ring and then it won't go back (paraphimosis).. If your own efforts are not working, you can get a cream from a doctor to help relax the opening, and as a last resort, they can make a little snip to widen the opening..
2) When you are born, the inside of your foreskin and the head (glans) of your penis are fused.. These parts separate as you grow older, but sometimes they may remain attached well into puberty.. Sometimes an injury in childhood may cause them to fuse together more tightly, so that it takes an operation to separate them.. If your foreskin and glans seem stuck together, don't try to force them apart.. If they aren't growing apart as you get older, go to the doctor to get checked for an adhesion..
3) There is a little string on the underside of your penis that attaches the foreskin on that side.. It's like the string under your tongue.. Both are called a frenulum, and both can sometimes be too short.. If the frenulum on your penis is keeping your foreskin from retracting, a doctor can do an operation to lengthen it..

If you do have to go to a doctor for any of this situations (unlikely), watch out for doctors that may want to talk you into getting a full circumcision.. It may be easier for THEM, but you shouldn't need such an operation, and it would remove important and necessary parts of your penis..

The head of your penis will probably be extra sensitive when it first comes out.. Keep on letting it out regularly, and the hypersensitivity will go away.. Now that you're a big boy you need to take the responsibility to wash under your foreskin every day.. When your foreskin retracts, dirt can be trapped under it and cause an irritation or infection.. also, the natural secretion of your foreskin (smegma) can spoil and cause irritation and infection now that you're older.. You need to wash the smegma away at least once a day.. You can wash it with just clean water, or use a little gentle soap if it doesn't hurt..Health Question & Answer
