If a testicle is still in the abdomen, then it's truly undescended and for your health you would need to get it fixed.. You can get cancer among other things if you don't.. But I'm not sure how you know it's undescended.. It could just be absent, or something like that, unless you know for sure it's undescended..Health Question & Answer
