If you don't sit with your legs tight together, there's enough room for everything to fit in between without anything being crushed.. It doesn't seem like there would be, but somehow it all fits very comfortably.. If you cross your legs (like one knee over the other), everything sort of drops down below enough to not get crushed..Health Question & Answer

But they usually sit with legs open..also sometimes when u sit with the legs crossed,u kind of adjust it so that u can sit easily..

Its not as bad as it seems, sometimes you may get itchy or something, but unless your huge its not going to stop you from sitting or anything like that..
