hey buddy, i know what you're going through, your best bet is to eat a lot, and regularly, it'll cost your parents a fortune.. make sure you're eating well though, any crap food will just cause you grief in the end.. protein shakes are great, but they can be costly, i had a mate who added full cream milk powder to full cream milk (as a milk shake with an egg in it).. see how that works for you, i can't drink milk so i don't know personally how effective it is, but it bulked him up.. if you're working out a lot probably an idea to up your carbs too, stay off the sugars though.. hope that helps man.. good luckHealth Question & Answer

i would reocmmend eating lots of vegetable pizzas and very big meals, and snacking in right before you go to bed so ur not active while it is digestings, and try to drink a little pop, but dont go overboard.. if you smoke you better stop or you'll just keep getting skinnier, and a little beer once in a while will help(i know your 16, but if you drink inside your home, and only a little its fine, but too much beer will actually guve you just a big beer belly so dont go overboard.. i hope this helpsHealth Question & Answer
