okay i looked on the bakc of my penis and i saw some little things on the back of my dong
it seems to be a little patch on my left and right side of it
and it has little hairs inside of it
but if i squeeze it it hurts
and if i pull it up to get a closer look it looks like little balls or pimples

They are white correct.? They are called Fordyce's spots.. They are nothing to worry about, some men just have them.. They are not a disease and they are not harmful.. I have them myself..

Just squeeze hard or wait a few days and try squeezing again.. It's probably just like a pimple on the face or back.. Sometimes it takes time for a pimple to reach the correct stage in which to be squeezed before they come out.. It's perfectly natural..
