it's "pre" so that means it's what comes before.. pre-ejaculation can happen when you're masturbating or when you're having sex.. It's simply "pre-***" that naturally happens so that your wang stays wet & lubricated.. it's natural lubrication, think of that way.. sometimes there are chances of this pre-*** to contain strong sperms, so if you're gonna have sex it's better to use a condom..Health Question & Answer
Pre-ejaculatory fluid is the clear fluid that the male secretes when sexually aroused.. The more aroused he is, the more he'll secrete.. The semen with the actual sperm is ejected after it..
