umm, ok if your under the age where you become teenage (13 - 12) thats when guys first start, you should be 4 inches and under, hard or not.. from 14 - about 16 you should be around the area of 2 - 5 inches unerect, and about 4 - 7 erect.. then when your fully grown, about 21 and up, you should be around the sizes of 4- 6 unerect, and abou t7 - 9 erect.. =] hope this helps
