Penis size, like breast size, is determined by your genes.. There are no magic beans, pills, salves, creams or potions that will increase size.. Unless your friend simply isn't producing enough testosterone (which only his doctor can determine), what he has is what he gets (subject to continual growth throughout his teens).. You sound kinda young......so he'll prolly grow.. There's pills but there are no proof that they work and they have dangerous side effects.. I wouldn't recommend them especially since he sounds young..

yes.. you can get them online.. what it does is increase the blood flow to the penis.. that is how the penis gets hard is increase to blood flow.. and as long as he takes the pill it will stay bigger.. pumps do not work and i herd they are painfulHealth Question & Answer
