Firstly be yourself, don't change who you are to get a guy to like you (and as a guy i would rather it when a girl is being herself).. If you have to change your personality to get him to like you than he is not worth your time.. Now ask him out if he says yes then good if he says no but try's to set up another time because he might have plans on that day then ok.. But if he says no or try to use some poor excuse then forget about him..

First get to know the dude before you make your move.. In my honest opinion, if you don't already, wear like a really tight short skirt/pants, and show some cleavage..
