Question: Which protein shake is best for me.?
i use both resistance/ weight training and cardio exercise in my gym workouts.. i want to get bigger but not like a weightlifter and more toned, being toned is more important what is the best protein shake for me.. as much information as possible pleaseHealth Question & Answer

Try not to take anything that says it will increase your energy.. Powder energy drinks only make your heart beat fast because there's a ton of caffine in them..

My husband and I both drink Muscle Milk after our workouts.. It's yummy and I've noticed it helps you feel less sore in the morning.. It's got a ton of vitamins and minerals and it helps repair and build any muscle you worked out..

Chocolate, Mocha, Strawberry, and Strawberry Banana are the best in my opinion.. Don't get the Penut Butter...... it doesn't taste like it..Health Question & Answer
