My penis hurts really bad!!?!

It sounds like you're allergic, maybe it was something in the water, or maybe you have some sort of infection.. It is nothing to be embarassed about, your penis is just another body part, the people that have put nasty joke answers to insult you are just cruel, if you were talking about your eye or nose they wouldn't write these stupid things.. Can be that you are sensitive to chlorine or allergic to something:take an anti-histamine tablet:it should vanish in 4 hours
In the mean time apply some hand or body lotion or a few drops of baby oil on the penis..Just to take the edge off..
It this does not work at all:see a Dr..
