What do i do after ive pulled my foreskin too far?!

Question: What do i do after ive pulled my foreskin too far.?
im uncircumsized and recently me and my girlfriend were having fun and she accidentally pulled my foreskin beyond the head.. i was scared and didnt know what to do.. i tried to pull it back, which isnt a great idea as it could cause damage, and the pain is beyond anything ever felt.. i was just wondering what can be done.? the skin is pulled beyond this bump thats after the head and whatever comes into contact with this bump, it is excruciating.. i know for sure the bump isnt the head.. maybe its part of the head.. i know for sure that the skin isnt going over the head anytime soon.. please answer asap as i am incredibly worried..Health Question & Answer

Your problem sounds like it could be two-fold..

First, your foreskin may be a little tight, so the actual pulling back and forth can be painful.. The foreskin is meant to be pulled back and forth over the glans (penis head), as the inside of the foreskin and the glans it covers are really sensitive.. also, you'll need to clean under your foreskin regularly to prevent infections and such.. If you're having problems pulling your foreskin back and forth when erect, then you may have a mild case of phimosis.. See the links below for more info on what you can do to resolve it..

Second, it sounds like your glans is very sensitive.. This is very common in uncircumcised guys.. Sometimes it's even painful when something touches it.. All normal.. Once you've resolved your tight foreskin (that is, if it is tight), then pull your foreskin back and just leave it back for a few minutes a day.. This exposes your glans to the air and over time (like a month or so) it'll get used to being exposed some times and the sensitivity will become bearable, if not a bit pleasurable.. You don't need to have the glans touch anything, just exposing it to the air should be enough.. also, be sure you pull back your foreskin to clean under it every time you take a shower or bath..

If you have any other questions, you can email me.. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

This happened to me before and i was incredibly worried, but I left it for a couple of days and then it went back to normal, so I suggest you wait a couple of days and if nothing seems to go back to the way it was, visit your GP and see what he thinks, but I was fine a few days later, so it should be fine for you too..
Good Luck!
Hope this helped..

when u are hurt, it will be hardly to maintain erection.. Stop playing and wait till it get soft then pull the skin back.. u aslo need an advise from ur doctor if ur foreskin hole is too small..

Wanking can make the hole bigger and bigger without circumsising.. Basically it is just a practical exercise to get the hole bigger and bigger.. If u are too old to wait for the hole getting bigger through exercise......have it circumsied..Health Question & Answer

Dw about it, your just sensitive.. Just when your in the shower pull your skin back and just play with your nob (not for long).. it will become less sensitive.. Every time you are in the shower just try pull your skin further eventually you will be able to pull it all back..Health Question & Answer

if your penis is flaccid, try gently pulling it back to where it should be.. if it doesn't work, go see a doctor.. this part of your anatomy is waaaaay too important to be permanently damaged because you're too embarrassed to go to your doctor..

Just put some oil on the head (Corona), then hold the base of the penis and pull as much of the skin forward as possible..

Its good that you've got it back, it will be much easier, be sure to pull it back daily at least during hygiene and when you pee..Health Question & Answer

It sounds like you foreskin is rather tight , Go & see your doctor and ask him if he can "loosen" the skin a bitHealth Question & Answer

chill out.. generally your penis should look like a circumcised one when you pull the skin back.. if it doesnt, then you still have some time before that happens..

i had the some prob as well before.. i was a little too enthusiastic when masturbating and ripped the skin from the head before it was ready to release and boy was it painful..

anyway i was totally worried but didnt tell anyone.. i thought i broke it but a couple of days later the pain was gone..

i suggest that you leave it a couple of days and see how it feels.. if it is still sore you will need to see a doc (dont worry about showing them as they've seen these sorts of things before and wont be laughing) as it may be more serious..

alternatively what you describe might be what is called phimosis.. in this case you'll probably need to see a doc for medication as it might not go away by itself..

try lubing your penis and pulling your foreskin back to its normal position.. the bump you describe sounds like the underside of the foreskin that had enlarged due to phimosis..

you need to know that if you cant get your foreskin back, see your doc or you may damage your penis further..

Well as I write this yous foreskin will be back in the same old place I think..
Apply some drops of baby oil on the tip of your partly revealed head:get the foreskin back up again and start rubbing it:the oil makes it very slippery and supple and you will stretch the foreskin by doing this..And if it gets caught after the rim again just run cold water over it:it will go flaccid in no time and the oil makes it slide back way easier..
If you shower play with your head touching it so it desensitises a bit:then it won't hurt that much anymore..
If all fails:see your Dr:but I doubt that it is needed..
You can already retract but it needs a bit more stretched ,that's all
