ur torso looks the same as mine.. i just started to improve on my abs too.. i do lots of sit ups/crunches.. i also do this thing where u sit on the edge of a chair or bench and uput ur legs straight out in front of u w/ ur nees slightly bent and pull ur legs up.. if u have any questions email me or i m me..Health Question & Answer
