Some guys get hair on their chest during their teens or later in their 20's, and some even later.. Mine came in during my late 20's.. Yes, it can be shaved off, but I ask, 'Why.?' It seems the more hair is cut or shaved, it comes back in coarser.. I trim mine with scissors; when I've had a few more alcoholic drinks than usual, I have someone use my hair trimmer on my chest.. i just leave mine i got mine about a year ago so 17, but that was the last bit of my puberty realy, i was fully grow down there, underarm hair and groth spirt, i still have a bit of groth on my chest hair and a tiny bit more of a beard to grow but thats just about it.. my friend shaves it but i just leave itHealth Question & Answer
