Please ignore all the other answers and follow Dickin200 and curious9's replies.. This a matter for a physician - now, not later - it doesn't matter how old he is.. No one, not even me, should be offering a diagnosis on so little information..
He should stop having sex with other people immediately..
He should also stop taking aspirin or any ibuprofen type drug -Motrin, Advil,etc..(NSAIDs).. It's acetaminophen only for pain (Tylenol type) until the problem is figured out.. Both aspirin and NSAIDs can contribute to bleeding problems..
Have him see the doctor and go from there..
