A bump that won't go away????!

Question: A bump that won't go away.?.?.?.?
My fiance has noticed lately that there is a bump on his right testicle.. He is 22 years old and he has never been injured there.. He is starting to get freaked out by it and is convinced it is cancer.. I was wondering if any of you guys could shed some light on this situation.. Please help me, he is driving me mad!!!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
And there is not one on the other testicle at all:he needs to check that too:it can be a cluster of veins:needed for blood supply and transport of sperm:all men have that..
Don't panic he should feel the other too..
And visit the doctor if he is scared..Waiting and delaying won't help at all..And if it is cancer:the sooner they start treating it the best chance you have
Flash:now get him to check his other nut..All the way around:gently..
But I am no Dr..

He needs to go to the doctor.. Chances of it being something bad - like testicular cancer are slim since he is so young.. But, he definitely needs to have it checked out anyways for his peace of mind..Health Question & Answer

Only way to get a correct answer on this is to see a doctor in person.. Sorry - you will get a bnch of people making assumptions and stuff but without a proper examination there is no way to actually tell what the problem is..Health Question & Answer
