Question: How long do withdrawal symptoms usually last.?
I used to be taking 200-400 mg of caffeine a day from those caffeine tablets.. Today, I woke up with a headache and I didn't take them today.. I had some ice cream and that helped my headache.. Do you think my headache will come back tomorrow.? How long doyou think caffeine withdrawl effects will last.? Sources.?Health Question & Answer

you're probably gonna find that you don't sleep so well at night, either.. caffeine addiction is short lived in the body; two or three days, and it's all gone..

Caffeine withdrawal will only last for a few days.. It is a good thing that you have decided to get off of caffeine.. Congratulations..Health Question & Answer
I've heard it lasts for at least 6 months, and you'll get the shakes, headaches, impotence, and possible heart attacks..
