Question: How do fitness male model.?
I'm an beganner fitness model I Go to the Gym every day and Exercise for fun.. But Problem is that I don't know what to eat.. and end up starving..can y'all tell with heathy things I should eat.. and loss weight and get rid of some fat from lower abs..Health Question & Answer

Fruits and vegetables are good..Salads without dressing,but with herbs,spices and lime or lemon juice help reduce fat..
Rice and pasta whole wheat bread:all good but do not eat to much of it:all carbs
Lean meat as chicken and turkey provide the protein you need to build muscles
Running,jogging and biking help loose you weight fast as you use the longest muscle your body has:leg muscles..And they need food to do all that work and your fat will be burned ..
And you get nice firm legs and a firm bum as well
