Question: Weight Stuck - Not able to loose weight.?
Hi
I am 175 cms in height , 91 kgs and would like to reduce my weight ..
I go to gym 6 days a week and do cardio and weights alternately ..
Mon / Wed / Fri : 1 Hr Cross Trainer & 1 Hr Walking & Running - Roughly 1500 calories
Tue / Thur / Sat : 30 Minutes Rowing & Strenght Training .. Roughly 350 on cross trainer
I have kept my food intake also in control .. Have followed the advice of having 5 small meals but the weight just wont budge..
Othe than Salads , Juice and light food I also take Maximuscle Promax before and after work out..
I was 99 when I started gym 2 months back, came down to 91 but now the weight is stuck at 91..

There is that muscle thing, but I don't think that you gained that much muscle for two months, try changing food, maybe you are eating same food or similar food everyday, change it, or try eating a bit more and then the next day starve a bit, that's how you confuse your body and make it lose some weight !

Not sure if this helps or not, but did you know that muscle weighs more than fat, so you may be losing fat, but putting on muscle with your workout.. That means you wouldn't lose weight.. Try doing measurements instead of weighing yourself.. If your flabby bits reduce in size, then you are losing fat..Health Question & Answer
