i've certainly had dreams about sex (nowhere near often enough unfortunately!), and maybe some that get some fluids going a little, but i've definitely never ejacked in my sleep..
a friend of mine thought this was quite odd.. i feel like i've been cheated or something, if everybody else has wet dreams..
