Question: How to avoid heat in the kitchen.?
I work as the dishwasher at a restaurant and its so hot in there.. How can i avoid the heat..Health Question & Answer

wet a side towel and keep it around your neck.. you can keep a little stash in the walk-in (if chef lets you) and take little breaks in the walk in cooler or freezer..if you wear a hat you could wet it too and cool it off in the freezer..Health Question & Answer
I'm not sure if this is possible.? Get a water bottle.. Freeze it over night (fill with water first).. Drink when your not working.. That could help.? Walk in the freezer (or by it) if you can.. Put a cold towel around you neck.. Hope this helped..Health Question & Answer
