firstly!
build a foundation if your going to try lose weight since it will be hopeless if you exhaust yourself to the point of quitting.. also your weight can lie since muscles weigh more than body fat so if you go exersize you might end up weighing more since that muscle is heavier..

1.. in relation to eating you need to eat healthy foods and avoid any toxic junk food (its ok to have something small e..g once a week)

2.. eat less but more often this helps make your metabolic rate rise (the rate which you burn food) e..g rather than a big breakfeast, lunch and dinner, have small ones and have morning tea and afternoon tea aswell

3.. drink lots of water it helps boost your metabolic rate and disposes of all wastes in your body (you lose quite abit of instant weight this way)

4.. exersize is vital to keep ourselves fit and healthy.. it also boosts your metabolic rate and helps burn off excess fat, even a small run can help every day but it needs to get you sweating or other signs of fatigue or its not going to help muchHealth Question & Answer

Dude I was a large kid..
A really large kid..
But I didn't realise it was just puppy fat and that I'd grow into it..
Instead I developed an eating disorder and stunted my growth..
Be happy as you are now man, you'll grow into it..
I'm now 21, I way 52kgs, which is around 115lbs, and I can't put on weight..
Even if I'm not throwing up anymore, it's still almost impossible to get over it entirely..
I count every calorie that goes in, I exercise myself to the point where I'm almost collapsing, and I feel guilty if I splurge once in a while..

Be a happy, healthy kid.. Don't do what I did..
You grow into yourself eventually; I didn't do that fully..

I've done my research on this.. The truth is that u need to excercise every muscle possible.. Ex.. If u did just sit ups u would'nt burn all of that fat.. But be careful not to over do it.. When u excercise, u are actualy tearing muscles.. That's y it is well advised to give it a break for atleast 3 days.. Give time for your body to repair itself.. There a couple of stages of metabolism, one is when u r not repairing anything, another is the burning of fats.. A third is the stage of cell repairing.. Sit ups and crap like that,don't let you loose weight fast enough:running ,jogging and biking work way better..
Because you use the longest muscles that will burn the most fat..Go for at least30 minutes a day and increase that if you get fitter
Stop eating fat,fried,junk and fast food
Eat healthy stuff..
No more sugared sodas..

At 13 you don't really need to worry about losing weight, most people have a growth spurt around 14-15 and you'll start filling out (muscle wise).. If you're really that worried, do some cardio exercise, like running or swimming for 30 minutes..Health Question & Answer
