Question: Easy and effective ab workout that a 14 year old could do at home.? (have good form so I dont screw my body up)
I'm 14 and I have some nice biceps and triceps but I just can't seem to find a ab work out I can stick with...... guess I don't have much determination.. Any suggestions.? Please share with me your ab work out routine.. If any of your routines have to do with dumb bells then all I got are 5 Ib.. dumb bells because my weights or at my friends house.. Yeah try crunches with weights.. I usually do:
25 crunches, no weight
25 crunches, 5 lb weight on my chest
25 crunches, 10 lbs
3 times a week..

usaully what i'll do is hold a dumb bell in each hand as i do a sit up.. and i usally do about 3 sets of 30 3 times a week it works for me but everybodys different..Health Question & Answer
