Question: Close to a six pack yet.?
Just wondering if im anywhere near my goal yet, i eat healthily and exercise, cardio and muscle workouts..

lol...... unfortunately it takes a few years before you really start to shape up........ even though you notice little changes in your body after about 6 weeks..

Not so shabby, but you could do a little more work.. I do have six packs, it's looped side, but I'm proud of it.. Anyways, when you do workout, do it right; because you want your muscle to be the same for both sides..Health Question & Answer
