im a teen too umm i would recomend boxers they let your junk breath and stuff but when you knoe your going to do something like exersize umm wear briefs

Boxers are better as they allow your balls to move more easily..
When you are hot your balls move away from your body and when you are cold they move closer to your body.. They do this to keep your sperm healthy..
So you need loose underwear like boxers to let them hang lower when you are hot..
You can wear briefs for short periods of time, for example in sports, if they are more comfortable but boxers are best for you..

It's best to wear boxers if you're not doing any working out or exercise for it allows your testicles to move with the conditions, for example if it becomes too warm, they can hand down more and if they're too cold, they can pull up..
